Today I made my way over to lululemon in parkroyal (The best store) to do some spinning to raise awareness for cancer and raise funds. I was in the window and felt like a fish in a bowl being watched but it was good fun and I got sweating pretty good.

If you want to lose weight, then there is no better option than spinning. It's said that participants in a 40 minute class burn an average of 500 calories.  Any other "low impact" machine will take at least double the time to burn 500 calories. If you are really enthusiastic and want to lose weight quick, then you can extend the time spent spinning. Although spinning pushes he limits for the body, yet it is easy for beginners too.

To lose weight spinning is ideal, especially if you stay in your fat-burning zone. Surely shedding weight cannot be such a simple issue, can it. If you are serious about losing weight or reaching your full potential as a rider, the following workout, geared for any level of experience, will burn between 500 and 800 calories an hour and depending on how hard you want to work, prepare you for any level of MX. Consistent riders report more energy, feeling great, being more "awake", improved cardio vascular health, losing weight, more strength and looking better.
