This is a very interesting question. When you are hiring a personal trainer it doesn't need to be complicated. Here are some very simple instructions to find a trainer that will work for you. When you are ready to take charge of your health and fitness make sure the person you are looking for understand what your goals are. A trainer understanding your goals makes you both accountable to each other. When you are looking at where to train remember you would not take your car to get fixed at the first run down shop you found so why do that to yourself when your making the most important investment in your life. Trainers will have different certifications and levels of experience and also different personalities. You want to make sure you get along with your trainer or at least have a good understanding of your goals and what it is going to take to get you there.

In vancouver everyone and their dog is a personal trainer so you can spit and hit one. Much like anything else there is unfortunately more quantity than quality. This is your health and should not be taken lightly regardless if you are wanting to loose 300lbs or just tighten up that booty. You want someone who can think outside the box and make things work for you while being reliable, patient, motivating, understanding and results driven.

Some questions to ask?!?!
-How long have they been training?
-What do they specialize in?
-What certifications do they CURRENTLY hold?
-Ask if they have references.
-Do they offer a free trial?
