Try this on for size
Warm-up:
2 rounds of 3 minutes of skipping followed by 50 air squats.
Workout:
All exercises count as one round. You want to do 5 rounds and track you time.
10 x burpees
20 x 24'' box jumps
30 x push ups
40 x air squats
50 x lunges (25 per leg)
