Get lean with fish oil?!

A number of supplements are great for packing on muscle. However, if you want to get lean and mean protein is great. You are more likely to get a leaner mid section with whey protein, and not one full of sugar (Myofusion is one of my favorites since it is sugar and aspartame free). Whey protein enhances fat-burning and decreases the manufacture of fat by the liver. Something simpler? try ingesting fish oil to enhance the efficiency of leptin. Navy Seal Workout

Try this on for size


Warm-up:
2 rounds of 3 minutes of skipping followed by 50 air squats. 

Workout:

All exercises count as one round. You want to do 5 rounds and track you time. 

10 x burpees
20 x 24'' box jumps
30 x push ups
40 x air squats
50 x lunges (25 per leg)
