A number of supplements are great for packing on muscle. However, if you want to get lean and mean protein is great. You are more likely to get a leaner mid section with whey protein, and not one full of sugar (Myofusion is one of my favorites since it is sugar and aspartame free). Whey protein enhances fat-burning and decreases the manufacture of fat by the liver. Something simpler? try ingesting fish oil to enhance the efficiency of leptin.
