The Windmill

Take your kettlebell and get into a single right arm swing, once you have done a couple of swings hold your right arm straight up holding your kettlebell. keeping your arm straight, take your left arm (keeping it parallel with your right arm) reach down to your left foot, back up keeping your right arm straight up above your head holding the kettlebell and back down to touch your foot with the left hand, keeping form. Try not to bend your reaching knee unless you have to.
